Wagon Wheel Motel

The oldest continuously operated motel on Route 66 is completely restored! The architecture and charm of this stone motor court still beckons travelers to stop and rest. The shady outdoor areas include fire pits, decks and a large concrete patio. The original neon sign still welcomes travelers!

Crawford County Historical Society Museum

The Crawford County Historical Society Museum holds everything patrons expect from a small-town museum and so much more. The museum is a time capsule of precious artifacts from the Ozark region brought forth by local families with generations of stories to tell. Wallace House - Cuba MO

Wallace House

Historical Building located in the heart of Cuba, MO, built by John M. Wallace in 1885. Today, the interior is beautifully restored. The downstairs of the house has a formal parlor, two large open rooms that adjoin, rest rooms, and a kitchen, and hallway with stairs to the upper floor.

1908 Cuba Jail

The Old Cuba Jail

The old Cuba Jail has a new look inside and out. This historic block building sits at the corner of South Main Ave and Prairie Street and is part of the Cuba Historic Preservation Commission’s historic buildings of Cuba.

Phillips 66 Filling Station

Paul T. Carr built the station in 1932 as a Phillips 66 station. For years, Mr. Carr also ran a Pontiac dealership there. The small station served the Cuba community and a multitude of Route 66 travelers for years. The building has been home to many businesses over the years. Often referred to as the Four Way, stop by and see what’s cooking this year.

Hayes Shoe Store

Prosperity Corner

Prosperity Corner, which originally occupied the site of the shoe store in the early 1900s, is now the Hayes Shoe Store. It was a place where people gathered to talk and do business at H.H. Tieman’s General Merchandise store. Scenes from this period and location are painted on the outside of the building.
