
Crawford County Historical Society Museum
The Crawford County Historical Society is not what you expect from a small-town museum. In fact, exhibits rotate monthly to keep patrons coming back. View artifacts and exhibits that include handmade quilts, vintage apparel, Osage artifacts, archaic farm tools, and much more. Located at 308 N. Smith Street in Cuba, MO. The history museum has been part of local history since 1934.

Osage Trail Legacy
Stop at the Cuba Visitor Center off I-44 EXIT 208. Upon arrival, the 35 ft. tall steel Osage Legacy Monument, created by local artist Glen Tutterrow, greets travelers. Inside the Visitor center, watch a short documentary about the Osage people and their impact on today’s highway system. See artworks or George Catlin, a famed artist for painting Native Americans. Learn more. The Osage were a brave tribe that inhabited Missouri and traveled the Osage Trail now known as Route 66 and Interstate 44.

Toy Museum
Visit the Toy Car and Truck Museum inside the TA Travel Plaza right next to iHOP. This impressive collection spans decades with cars, trucks, and trains that kept youngsters entertained for hours decades ago.

Gasconade County Historical Society Museum
The purpose of the Gasconade County Historical Society is to bring together people interested in history, especially those people interested in the history of Gasconade County. We believe that understanding the history of our community is basic to our democratic way of life. It gives us a greater appreciation for our state of Missouri and our nation while promoting a better appreciation of our American heritage.

Maramec Spring Museum
The Maramec Museum offers engaging interactive exhibits that illuminate the natural and historical significance of this region. These exhibits showcase a diverse range of items, such as artifacts unearthed from the iron works, educational materials on Missouri’s wildlife, explanations of the science behind springs and the water cycle, detailed models depicting the iron works from the 1800s, captivating aquarium displays, and much more!
